To address this issue, PauPack developed an innovative solution tailored to the client's needs. We designed a wide-mouth bottle with a spill-preventing, flow-directing spout. This design allowed the liquid to pour out smoothly without the risk of spilling, ensuring a more accurate and controlled pouring experience. In addition, to meet the demand for users to control the amount of liquid being dispensed, we added clear, visible volume markings on the transparent bottle body. This feature made it easy for consumers to monitor the amount of liquid inside, preventing over-pouring and reducing waste.
Furthermore, we also enhanced the bottle's sealing mechanism to ensure no leakage during transportation. By improving the tightness between the bottle and the cap, we ensured that the product remained secure during shipping and storage. We worked closely with the client to optimize the materials of both the bottle and cap to ensure a perfect fit and maximum functionality.
